“傳統的意大利Pizza會以茄醬做底紅肉做主,所以每逢Pizza飯局,風格偏說的意大利Brunello和Chianti就會是我的 textbook pick。今次是我老爸生日,剛好有弱年份但輩分都幾高的波爾多右岸酒莊Mondot Troplong可以用來撐場; 年份一般反而令她早熟而見得大場面;她很醇亦帶點酸,用來配番茄醬啱晒。她也有細緻悠長的熟果和泥土味,用來配這個24吋的pizza上的碎肉和芝士亦十分合適,整體達致終極之平衡。”
